Great hotel they helped us get a new room since the upstairs neighbors where so loud and they wouldn't stop for hours and the manager had to tell them to quiet down or they will get kicked out . Seriously if you have children actually be a parent and listen to the quiet time hours and make your children not be so loud and stomp like crazy .overall the new room is such more quiet and we are happy.the rooms are clean and well taken care of . They dont have a hotub at all but they have a gym and a pool

At the south end of town on the river across from River Place Shops. Downtown shops start just over the river so you can do one side up and the other side back. Free breakfast one of the better hotel breakfasts we have had. Good place definitely would stay again

Great place. We've returned often. Walked to the Bavarian Inn Restaurant from the motel. River Place stores is located across the street for shipping. Breakfast is really good here. There are lots of food stations and have a good area for eating and for getting your food too.

The hotel is aging, but overall, not bad. Replace the coffee machines. One cup of coffee takes nearly a minute to Read the on screen display, press the buttons and watch the machine grind the coffee. An urn would eliminate the lineup into the lobby.

This place is awesome! The employees are extremely sweet and nice and will do everything to accommodate you! We had an early check-in and had missed the Continental breakfast but Fatima was so sweet and kind-hearted and got us some cinnamon rolls, bagels with cream cheese and even had the juice machine unlocked so we could have juice! If you're ever in this area, THIS is the place to stay!

Stayed during the country Fest. It’s a 15 minute walk. Not bad Alex and Alexis at the front desk we’re very helpful. There is a small indoor pool no Jacuzzi. The breakfast was pretty good each morning. They seating both indoors and out. beds were comfortable along with the pillows. There were four pillows on each queen size bed.

The room had a couple lights that didn't work but clean and neat inside. The staff was amazing from start to finish. Checking in the woman asked what we were in town for and told us things to do around the area with a very Welcoming voice. Fatima was part of the breakfast staff and I could just feel her good energy. I saw her be kind to an only father with his two little kids making sure they have snacks to take and drinks before leaving. Fatima brought it upon herself to come out to every table to tell us they were closing but we are welcome to anything left up there! Fatima was kind and welcoming. I felt like I was in my mother's kitchen! Great work Holiday Inn Frankenmuth, and a huge shoutout to Fatima!

Brought the grandkids up last week and had a blast. This was my third time at this hotel this summer. It definitely is our go to hotel. Staff is friendly and ready to accommodate if needed. Location is awesome as well as the breakfast. My grandkids were going to bed and they kept talking about the breakfast. They couldn't wait for the breakfast. Nice pool
